After four intense and transformative days in Nairobi 🇰🇪, the offsite workshop has come to a close — but this is just the beginning of a journey that will redefine the future of education.

ONG Education Network are incredibly proud to be part of the Impact Accelerator cohort led by the Global Schools Forum. This experience has been nothing short of transformative, reshaping the way we think about scaling impact and strengthening education systems.

A heartfelt thank you to FHI 360 and to the Hempel Foundation for their unwavering support. We are also honored to stand alongside platforms like PAL Network and MoNEPT. While our NGO may be small compared to these giants, we are thrilled to be part of this prestigious group.

The peer exchanges and knowledge-sharing during this program have been truly inspiring. We’ve gained practical tools, strategic insights, and bold ideas that will directly influence our work to drive inclusive, accountable, and high-quality education. Key takeaways include restructuring our methods, refining our Theory of Change, improving cost-effectiveness, and developing communication system based on evidence-driven decision-making.

This offsite workshop is not the end; it’s just the beginning. Our journey to create a tangible impact in education has only just begun. One key principle that resonates with us: "Do more with less."

We return home with renewed energy, ready to dive, act, scale, and lead in shaping the future of education. This is just the start of something much bigger.
