He has held strategic positions within the Department of Education, notably as Director of the Unit for the Evaluation of School Achievement (UEAS), where he oversaw national and international assessments. A recognised expert in educational assessment, he has contributed to major initiatives such as the PASEC (CONFEMEN), the national assessments of primary education in Madagascar, as well as impact studies on teacher training and Community Early Learning Centres.
Before joining the central administration, he worked as a mathematics and physics-chemistry teacher, then as a research fellow in teaching methods and educational innovation, developing a deep understanding of educational issues at all levels.
Specialist in quantitative methods, psychometrics and data analysis, he now brings his expertise to the Board of Directors in order to ensure informed governance, based on evidence-based data, and to guide strategic decisions towards a sustainable educational impact.
