A woman of conviction and vision, the Executive Director of Education Network is driven by a strong belief: educating a girl means building a fairer and more prosperous nation.
With over 20 years of experience in development, education and project governance, she has built a solid career at the crossroads of the public, private and entrepreneurial sectors. In particular, she has contributed to the structuring of the education system within the Ministry of National Education, and then held strategic positions in monitoring and evaluation as part of a programme funded by the World Bank.
His career has been enriched by the creation and management of structures specialising in social auditing, management systems and organisational performance, strengthening his ability to lead complex organisations with rigour and vision.
As head of Education Network, she uses this multi-sector expertise to promote the sustainable transformation of the education system in Madagascar, advocacy for education, and the development of strategic partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and technical and financial partners.
His leadership is characterised by a strategic, demanding and deeply human approach, guided by values of commitment, excellence, integrity and innovation.

Christophe ANDRIANTARIJAKA
A man of conviction and principle, the Technical Manager of Education Network stands out for his frankness, his professional rigour and his ability to support strategic decisions with discernment. Direct and committed, he combines high standards with kindness in the service of the NGO’s mission.
With a long career in education and vocational training, he has held senior positions within the Department of Technical Education and Vocational Training, particularly in the areas of school management, programme coordination and educational planning.
Since 2023, he has been putting his expertise to work for Education Network as Technical Manager, overseeing the design, implementation and technical monitoring of programmes, with a particular focus on the implementation and technical monitoring of programmes.
His philosophy of action is based on responsibility, concrete commitment and social utility:

Michel RAKOTOARIMALALA
An experienced finance professional, the Administrative and Financial Manager at Education Network has over 20 years of experience in the financial management of development projects, particularly on programmes funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the World Bank. It has solid expertise in financial planning, budget monitoring, expenditure control and financial compliance, ensuring rigorous and transparent use of resources.
A man of action, he works closely with operational teams, anticipates financial risks and adapts management tools to local realities. His pragmatic approach enhances the reliability of financial mechanisms and supports the effectiveness of interventions.
Within Education Network, it plays a strategic role in financial security, accountability to technical and financial partners, accountability to technical and financial partners, and support for decision-making to enhance the impact of educational programmes.
