Chrystian SOLOFO-DIMBY is a senior expert with over 30 years of experience in evaluation, strategic planning and social policy, particularly in the fields of education, social protection and children’s welfare.

A former senior official at UNICEF (Madagascar, Rwanda, DRC, Congo, Haiti, Burkina Faso), he has led numerous national programme evaluations, baseline surveys (EDS, MICS) and public policy analyses.

Olivier Théodule RAZAFINDRANOVONA

Expert in learning assessment and educational quality

Former Director of the School Achievement Assessment Unit (UEAS) at the Ministry of National Education, Olivier RAZAFINDRANOVONA is a recognised specialist in the assessment of learning and educational systems.

He has led or participated in numerous national and international evaluations, particularly within the framework of PASEC, impact assessments of teacher training programmes, and community awareness initiatives.

Arsène RAVELO

Statistician-demographer expert – Data analysis and quality

A statistical engineer and demographer, Arsène RAVELO has in-depth expertise in Madagascar’s statistical and educational systems. A former executive at INSTAT and the Ministry of National Education, he has contributed to numerous benchmark studies: PASEC, MICS, RGPH, RESEN, sectoral surveys and evaluations of educational projects.
